Your property is rented out all year round thanks to our flexible strategy.
Here are three property management strategies:
Daily rent 70/30%
Daily + short-term rent 70/30% + 80/20%
Long-term rent 90/10%
You contact us once and then, depending on your wishes and market conditions, we determine the appropriate strategies.
Your property works all year round. You don’t need to think about where to look for tenants, how to check the condition of the property, where to order cleaning or a repairman. We take care of all these concerns! More details on the “Services” page.
You are given access to an online calendar, which shows the booked dates and amounts for each stay.
At the end of the month, you see transparent income statistics.
At the beginning of the next month, you are credited with funds for the previous month.
SHORT TERM
80 / 20 %
OFF-SEASON
Short-term - this is a rent
from 6 to 9 months
Valid from October to May.
The guest pays utility bills: electricity, water, gas, Internet.
The management company is responsible for finding a tenant and full support during the stay

DAILY RENT
70 / 30 %
SEASON
Daily - this is rent
from 1 day to 5 months.
Valid from May to September.
Advertisements with your property will receive the status "Guests' Choice" and will be seen by thousands of tourists from different countries!
Utility payments (electricity, water, gas, Internet) are divided between the management company and the owner.
The management company is responsible for the property.
LONG TERM
90 / 10 %
ALL YEAR ROUND
Long-term - this is a lease
from 12 months.
The management company receives a commission of only 10% from each month.
We provide full technical support, condition monitoring and timely payments.
When moving out, we select new tenants in advance.
4 steps to make a profit with us
1 - data
You send us a detailed description of your property (address, area, condition) and the result you are looking for.
2 - estimating
We personally inspect the infrastructure and assess the potential costs and extra work involved.
3 - contract
We coordinate all our agreements and fix them with a bilateral agreement in 2 languages (Russian/Georgian)
4 - еarn money!
Your job is to relax and make money, ours is to keep your guests happy and your home immaculate.
